THE NEXT MEETING OF NATIONAL
ANOMALY COMMITTEE LIKELY TO BE
HELD ON 27-03-2010.
According to DOP&T, At the first meeting of NAC, as per agenda Item no-1 to 10 and 15to 17 and 27th were discussed . All together 14 items of Anomalies were taken for discussion. It is beleived that there are 55 items in the Agenda which finalised by National Anomaly Committee .There is no any concrete information about remaining items of agenda that will be discussed in the next meeting.Let's hope remaining 41 points will be discussed in the next meeting of NAC
Already the major section of civil servants especially those who are fall under Pay Band –I, not satisfied with their pay package offered by 6CPC.The great leaders those who are representing National Anomaly Committee from staff side seemed that they are not even bothering about the Pay Band-I and its meaningless Grade pay structure. When we go threw the minutes of the first NAC (National Anomaly Committee) meeting, it is very much clear that they were very much worried about fixing grade pay for 5000-5500-6500(pre-revised) scales. O.k. it is agreed… it may be a deserving issue. But what did they do to reduce the huge gap between Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 to 4200 ? Why didn’t they bother about that there is very meager difference between 1800 to 1900? And 1900 to 2000? Just Rs.100 is enough to differentiate between Labourer Grade and LDC and Artisan Grade? What is their view on uniform multiplying factor? There are many questions are left unanswered. Is there any one here to address their grievances?
