Reduction in call rates

BSNL has recently offered “one paise per second plan” and “all@49 plan” under 2G prepaid mobile services which are either cheaper or competitive to the tariff offered by private operators.

MTNL is continuously introducing new tariff plans keeping in view the various factors including the market conditions. This reply was given by Shri Gurudas Kamat, Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology in Lok Sabha today.
